I highly recommend the services that Equestricare offer. The massage and
other therapies that are available are invaluable to maintaining my
stallions through the demands placed on their bodies from their dressage
training and breeding duties. Jess Blackwell's knowlege of the horses
body and muscle function is outstanding and makes a huge difference
to how they all perform under saddle.

Some days I suspect that Hondy loves Jess more than he loves me!! She
has been massaging him for years now and we both think she is absolutely
awesome!!! Jess is super talented at what she does and has an
incredible knack at finding all of those sore spots and making him feel a
million dollars again. Her knowledge is brilliant and she really
genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients and this is
obvious when watching her with the horses. I always make sure that Hondy
has had a massage by Jess before a competition, they really do make
such a difference. I am so grateful that I found Jess all those years
ago and I hope I'll know her for many years to come.

Jess, thank you for all the work you do on my horses. I know that when you have finished treating them,
I have an understanding on what may have caused any of the issues you have found but also how I need
to manage them going forward.
The horses love your visits and I have no doubt that some of the results we have gained over the past
couple of years are due to the work you have done on them for me.

I have purchased so many products trying to find something that would allow my boy to open his stride up (he gets sore easily for he is long in the back and has a large stride) even with getting his back done. I never thought I would find a product to suit both of us. I have now the thinline boots which are the easiest boots to clean, the bridle which has made him so soft and giving and the best product the dressage numnah, i was looking for something for him but after 5 minutes I noticed the jarring feeling from his extremely bouncy trot had improved, felt alot smoother (for me). His movement has improved so much and now i am having to get used to forward instead of a constant hand brake. Thank you so much :)

I have to share my joy with you guys, First of all, Jess was able to get me back in the saddle with her magic touch and her laser treatments, getting Dania sound again after 5 months of being lame (and that included a trip to Murdoch where they were unable to diagnose the lameness). So thanks Jess, you can't imaging how much it means to be to be able to ride her again.

At
Eliva Park our obligation to our horses is to ensure they are ready and able to
perform the tasks we ask of them. As part of our evaluation
process we often have Jess of Equestricare give our new arrivals "the once
over" to ensure there are no underlying issues that require treatment or
rehabilitation before they commence transitioning. When ridden our
horses are protected by the thinline boots, saddle pads and bridles. The
ease of use and effectiveness of the thinline products is second to none.
Jess's
diagnosis, treatment and recomendations have been invaluable to the future of
our horses.

I have always been a fan of the Thinline products, and own a ½ pad, halter and bridle. When it came time to find a saddle for my rather round but high withered TB mare, my first choice was the Thinline Amulet saddle. When I trialled the saddle, I was impressed with how much both my riding and my mare's performance improved, just in the hour that I rode in it.
The saddle didn't take very long at all to arrive, and it is absolutely beautiful. My position has improved immensely, my coach comments often that we are going the best we've ever gone, and most importantly, my mare is a happy camper. It is super easy to adjust, and Jess has been so wonderful to deal with.

Our
two thoroughbreds are stabled at night and turned out during the day.
They spend approximately 12 hours in their stables and 12 hours out in
their paddocks. Their stables are fairly generous and allow for certain
mobility but it became apparent that the stabling (and so immobility)
at night, was causing fluid to pool in their lower legs. Come morning,
the pooling was quite noticeable but it would gradually disappear after
15 minutes or so after being turned out in the paddock or when exercised
(with a long, long warm up as neither horse is a 'spring chicken').
However, on the days that the horses were transported to events or were
confined to smaller yards during the day and night (my daughter events
both horses and so they are often contained in float yards for long
periods) the pooling was very noticeable.
Jess suggested we try the Back on Track Quick Wraps, to try and reduce the swelling. She recommended them, not only because their ability to reduce swelling but also because they were quick and easy to use - a bonus when using them on a regular basis. The Wraps have been amazing! No more pooling of fluid in their lower legs. We use them every night; we sometimes use them as float boots and we make sure we pack them when we head off to any event. We use the Wraps during the day at events when the horses have to stand around for long periods, when they stand overnight in yards and particularly before they go out and compete. From a 'stable-hand's' point of view, ie, my point of view, they are easy to put on, easy to take off, easy to wash and definitely worth the investment! Thanks Jess!

I have used Jessica Blackwell for my horse. Before Jessica did her
first session on my horse he could barely move. He struggled to
transitions from trot to canter and couldn't engage at all. After
Jessica gave him his first session of therapy, he finally started to
engage in his hind quarters and use his back muscles properly, he
gained weight and I even saw a difference in his stress levels. He had
spent such a long time in so much pain and once Jessica relieved his
pain he became a really calm horse.
I've seen a massive difference in my horse since having Jessica do
therapy on him. I have Jessica to do therapy on my horse now every
month and my horse has NEVER been happier or performed better. Jessica
is a very honest professional and that I found that to be very
refreshing in the horse industry nowadays. She's lovely.

Jess came out to do Hons massage yesterday .. and after the 1 hr
session, you could already see an improvement! From the start, you
could just see her working her magic on my girl, hitting a few key
points that were obviously sore, and working with them. Afterwards, I
took her for a quick walk - her step improved 110%. She's more relaxed,
taking larger strides, and was just generally happy. She had a little
head throw and a trot around her paddock before getting her dinner -
obviously feeling very good! (Jess if you are reading: thankyou sooo
much!! Will be in contact to organise another massage in a few weeks
time).

Now received the pad and the shims and had my first ride in it.

As an endurance rider, I am always concerned about the amount of wear & tear that my horses legs are
subject to during training, travel and competition, and what I can use to aid in the recovery of this.
After using several different products & items available on the market, I was introduced to the Back On
Track Quick Wraps and have quickly discovered how fantastic they are.
Not only are the boots lightweight and easy to use, the fact that they reduce the swelling in the legs so
quickly is nothing short of amazing! These boots played a vital role in ensuring swelling was kept to a
minimum during our 3 day journey across the Nullabor for the Trans Tasman, with my horse arriving
looking more like he had just got on the float rather than travelled half way across Australia.
We absolutely love the Back on Track blanket!! It's versatility, means that it is used on all of our dressage,
endurance, games and show horses before, during and after competition to help maintain their muscles.
The Back On Track Therapeutic Horse Blanket works so well it was instrumental in getting a rider to a
competition, when the physio said competing would not be possible.
