Glucosamine is a glucose molecule bound to the amino acid glutamine. It is found in all body tissues and is one of the most important synthesisers of cartilage. Supplementing with glucosamine provides one of the most important raw materials for the synthesis of cartilage, and allows the body to address the cause of joint pain.

Glucosamine HCL is purer and more concentrated then sulphate.

MSM - Methylsulfonylmethane is a naturally occuring sulphur containing compund.  It brings pain relief to various inflammatory conditions.

Slippery elm bark powder is pale pink-brown in colour and has a distinctive slippery texture, when mixedwater.  It is excellent for use in  conditions where mucous membranes are irritated/inflamed.  This includes membranes of the respiratory and urinary systems as well as the entire gastro-intestinal tract, including the throat and oesophagus.
