Thinline vs Ultra Thinline

ThinLine vs. Ultra ThinLine

The only real difference between ThinLine and Ultra ThinLine is thickness. Because of the technology behind ThinLine however, the change in thickness makes these two pads ride and perform differently.

ThinLine is geared towards comfort for the horse: it distributes shock, weight and heat faster and further. Ultra ThinLine is geared towards comfort for the rider: it helps the rider to sit more quietly by absorbing impact and reducing lower back movement. Both products still help both the horse and the rider.

ThinLine is ¼"and offers the most impact protection for the horse. What the rider will notice: the horse is happier and more willing to work, is more free in the shoulder and lifts his back. ThinLine is a good choice when first starting a horse, working a horse hard or for beginner riders. ThinLine has enough tensile strength to distribute weight evenly over areas where the saddle may not fit perfectly.

Ultra ThinLine is 3/16" and is a performance enhancing product for the rider. It still offers shock absorption and comfort for the horse, but, with this pad, the rider feels more of the effect. Ultra ThinLine noticeably reduces lower back and thigh movement, allowing the rider to sit gaits with less effort and achieve a more stable position in the saddle. The result is a quieter ride with increased effectiveness of the seat and increased communication with the horse through a closer contact feel. Ultra ThinLine is endorsed by spinal surgeons for riders with sore backs and endorsed by top professionals and competitors for better performance both for the horse and the rider.

Both products function as no slip pads and virtually eliminate pitch and yaw of the saddle.

ThinLine is the only product endorsed by Surgeons, Veterinarians, Equine Chiropractors, Equine Massage Therapists, Master Saddlers and Riders in Every Equestrian Discipline.

ThinLine products protect, are non-slip, will not gather dirt, generate heat or transfer skin diseases.

Superior Shock Absorption
